CHERRY SUMMER SANGRIA RECIPE

This easy and refreshing summer sangria with cherries and oranges is a fun twist on sangria that utilizes fresh summer produce.  Once you try it, we think you’ll be hooked! It’s a crowd pleaser for sure.

So here’s how to make your sangria! It’s made with just a few ingredients (including the fruit) and there are NO simple syrups involved. Just wine, fruit, and delicious cherry flavours. Simple = better!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle red wine

  • 1 cup sweet cherry juice, or cherry juice blend

  • ½ cup raspberry or orange liqueur, adjust to suit your taste

  • cherries (fresh or frozen), orange slices, apple slices and/or raspberries - or whatever summer fruits you fancy!

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Stir.
  2. Serve over ice (if desired) with extra fruit.
