Alky LLC – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Important Notice Before Ordering

By placing an order with Alky LLC, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction).

• The alcohol purchased is for personal consumption only, unless otherwise permitted by law.

• You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and international laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcohol.

Government Warning

• According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy due to the risk of birth defects.

• Consumption of alcohol impairs your ability to drive or operate machinery and may cause health problems.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are not confirmed at checkout.

• Your order is only considered accepted once it is reviewed and processed by Alky LLC.

• No payment is captured until your order is approved and moves to “Processing” or “Awaiting Shipment” status.

• If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you with options (replacement, delay, or cancellation).

Product Disclaimer

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only (label, bottle shape, vintage, or packaging may vary).

• Unless explicitly requested, wine vintages under $25 may be substituted with the closest available option.

• All products are sold as received from licensed distributors. Alky LLC does not manufacture alcohol.

3. Shipping Options

Flexible Shipping

Shipping options shown at checkout are optional. You may:

• Use our available shipping partners, or

• Arrange your own licensed courier or carrier

4. Delivery Policy

General Delivery Terms

• Delivery times begin after the carrier collects the package, not when the order is placed.

• Typical delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on location.

• Alcohol cannot be shipped to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Carrier retail locations (e.g. UPS/FedEx stores)

Adult Signature Required

• All deliveries require a 21+ adult signature with valid ID.

• Failed delivery attempts due to absence will result in:

  • Return shipping fees (non-refundable)

  • Possible restocking charges

5. Shipping Delays & Cancellations

• Orders are generally shipped within 30 days.

• If delays occur:

  • You will be notified with a revised delivery date

  • You may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept the delay

• Alky LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled.

6. Risk, Liability & Carrier Responsibility

• Once an order is handed over to a third-party carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

• Alky LLC is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused during transportation.

Damaged Packages

• Inspect your package upon delivery.

• Report damage immediately with photo evidence.

• Claims may result in replacement or refund after inspection.

7. Insurance & Risk

• Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout.

• Orders over a certain value may require insurance.

• If insurance is declined:

  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.

8. Customer-Arranged Shipping (CAP)

You may arrange your own shipping:

• You are fully responsible for:

  • Carrier selection

  • Legal compliance

  • Labeling and documentation

• Alcohol shipments must comply with all hazardous goods and legal transport requirements (especially high-proof spirits).

• Orders must be collected within 10 business days, or they may be cancelled.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

• Once shipped:

  • Returns are subject to shipping and handling costs

• No refunds for:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Label/vintage differences (unless previously confirmed)

10. Fraud & Verification

• Orders may be subject to additional identity and payment verification.

• Orders with mismatched billing/shipping details may be delayed or cancelled.

11. Local Pickup / Delivery (If Available)

• Orders may be collected from designated locations (if applicable).

• Valid ID and order confirmation are required.

• Orders not collected within the stated timeframe may be cancelled.

12. Legal Responsibility

• The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Alcohol shipment is permitted in their jurisdiction

  • All laws regarding possession, import, and consumption are followed

By placing an order, you authorize Alky LLC to act on your behalf to engage a licensed carrier where applicable.
