Standard UK - EU Mainland Delivery – 7-14 Working days

Standard deliveries will be made within 7-14 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a custom rate determend by DHL / FedEx & FREE when you spend $1000 or more or a coupon code for free standard delivery is used. 

Geographically we make deliveries to Europe, England, Scotland and Wales. 

Returns

Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, due to all our bottles being imported and we/our distributors have already paid import tax and duties on each item send from the US. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.

Breakages

While we try our absolute best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit.

We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival OR arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP - again please contact our customer care team for more information.

Please retain the item in the state received and send photos of the damage to help best advise you. We will assess the damage and provide a Postage label if we require the item to be returned.

All our bottles are insured through our shipping providers, it's a part of our service.

AGE

We take underage purchasing and possession of alcohol very seriously. By using the Alky Club website, you represent and affirm that you are at least 18 years old (Europe) or 21 years old (America) and that any gift recipient to whom you ship alcohol products through the website is also at least 18 years old (Europe) or 21 years old (America). All deliveries must be signed for by an adult who is at least 18 years old (Europe) or 21 years old (America).  In order to protect the integrity of our business, we caution you that if we discover any violation of applicable law, we will take active steps to report any such violation to the appropriate authorities.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order. Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out. By using a business or office address, it will facilitate delivery by enabling an adult to be available to sign for the package and to take possession.

STATES WHERE DELIVERY IS PERMITTED

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by licensed retailers as indicated in the "ship to" states which appear under each product.   Please note that Alky Club is working diligently to welcome more retailers into Alky Club's delivery program to permit delivery to additional states and countries. We encourage you to continue to check in with Alky Club to see if the product(s) you desire are now available to be shipped to your location.
