The Balvenie 12 Year DoubleWood Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the signature expression from The Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside, and one of the most celebrated introductions to quality Speyside single malt. The DoubleWood name reflects its unique dual-cask maturation: the whisky is first matured in traditional American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then transferred to European oak Oloroso sherry casks for a further period of finishing. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky with notes of honey, vanilla, rich dried fruit, cinnamon spice, and a long, warm, nutty finish. Bottled at 40% ABV, 750ML.
