For those who love big, rich, smoky-peaty whiskies, this is for you. Peat Monster combines smoky and peaty single malts from the island of Islay and the Isle of Mull with rich, medium-peated Highland whisky. The result is a balanced, highly drinkable peaty blended malt Scotch whisky.
Peaty, smoky malt with hints of fruitiness; a balanced whisky with great depth and complexity. A fantastic late-night digestif whisky. Excellent with blue vein cheeses.
Compass Box The Spice Tree
Aged on heavy toasted, new French oak sourced from 195 year-old Vosges forests and fashioned into bespoke hybrid casks to create a rich, spicy character unlike anything else in the world of Scotch.
Big, sweet aromas of clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is full, round and sweet, with the spice and vanilla complementing the core distillery characters and leaving a long finish. Its rich, bold flavours make it most suitable for after-dinner sipping, as an accompaniment to certain cheeses, and ideal in cocktails.

Introducing the new addition to the Compass Box Malt Whisky Collection, showcasing whiskies aged in Spanish wine casks. In this, the first release, 48% of the whiskies have been aged in ex-Sherry casks and 25% in ex-Spanish red wine casks.
You will find a whisky that is full, soft and sumptuous on the palate with flavours of citrus peel and pears poached in red wine and spices. It’s a whisky ideal for late evening sipping or stirring into a cocktail.
