Melissa Katrincic, co-founder and CEO of Durham Distillery is the first, and to date only, female distiller inducted into The Gin Guild. She is a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier, is internationally recognized as an expert on gin and is a trained gin tasting judge.
Conniption American Dry gin is a contemporary gin focused on balancing flavors for maximum cocktail enjoyment. The vapor-distilled botanicals are in harmony: a light hand of juniper, Indian coriander, angelica root and fragrant orange peel. Then, delicate botanicals of freshly peeled, ripe cucumbers and lightly floral honeysuckle flowers are distilled into "vodka" using our modern cold distillation methods. We then blend and proof with pure distilled water to preserve their freshness. This supremely balanced and delightfully modern gin is truly adored by gin and vodka drinkers alike.
