Eidos de Salgosa Albarino

This is a beauty of an Albarino from Rias Baixas. Eido da Salgosa is in Tomino, a modestly-sized village just over the Minho River from Portugal. Having rested on its lees for four months, the wine is plump and generous. It offers green apple, dried apricot, lemon, peach and mango. Aromatic intensity and pronounced mineral add complexity to this refreshing, food-friendly white wine.
