Long Shadows Feather Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a refined, layered red wine from Long Shadows Vintners, a Washington State winery born from a collaboration between wine luminary Allen Shoup and a group of the world's foremost winemakers. The Feather Cabernet showcases the best of Columbia Valley's celebrated Cabernet Sauvignon terroir, guided by master winemaker Armin Diel.

Deep ruby in color, the wine opens with elegant aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar box, and crushed violet, with subtle notes of dark chocolate and toasted oak from its time in French barrique. The palate is polished and medium-to-full-bodied with supple tannins, beautifully integrated oak, and a long, refined finish of dark fruit and earthy complexity.

Best paired with rack of lamb, roasted duck, beef tenderloin, or artisanal hard cheeses.
