Description
Ondulé 2013
Our first vintage, 2013, is arguably the finest year for grapes in the Napa Valley in over 50 years. Little rain, early bud-break, and smaller fruit brought about concentrated flavor and significant structure. Under the gentle guidance of our talented winemaker, Jason Holman, Ondulé limited production wines are a tribute to the weather and natural wonders of California.

Ondulé Esmé 2014
2014, the vintage we call Esmé (meaning” esteemed”), was a year of record-breaking drought with a few well-timed rains. It produced excellent quality fruit with great harmony and depth of flavor. Made with grapes sourced from Coombsville, where the pocket of cool climate is very important to growing well balanced, intense fruit. It drinks beautifully now, and yet has plenty of time left in the bottle. Our winemaker, Jason Holman, brilliantly coaxes a traditional Bordeaux-inspired blend from 5 grapes.
