Double Oak Rye is a Maryland-style rye whiskey aged 4-5 years in new American oak, then finished for 18 months in toasted wave stave barrels.  This unique process enhances notes of caramel, toffee, hazelnut, and toasted coconut.  Proofed with limestone-filtered spring water, it's a bold fusion of tradition and innovation.

Notes/Taste: Caramel, Vanilla, baking spices with hints of dark chocolate

Finish: Medium to long finish with lingering notes of dry oak, brown sugar, hint of white pepper and cinnamon
