Description
Cabo de Hornos is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon of great character brought by the volcanic soils at the Andean foothills of the Cachapoal Valley. We pay tribute to these navigators on the wine’s label through 17th-century cartographic design cues.
The instinct to discover new territories is a natural condition of man, but navigating towards the uninhabited, to the ends of the world, requires courage and tenacity. Especially so in the seventeenth century, when the audacity and bravery of a group of navigators led to the discovery of Cape Horn, the most southern part of the Americas, it is one of the most imposing places on earth, with waters of harsh nature and adverse weather conditions. From the volcanic soils at of Cachapoal Andes Valley in Chile, Cabo de Hornos is an elegant and pure Cabernet Sauvignon of great character that honors the 17th century navigators who bravely journeyed to the southernmost tip of the Americas, Cape Horn.
