Description

A versatile dry gin that is crafted using a unique combination of 22 botanicals that are hand-foraged locally and sustainably on the Scottish island of Islay. These botanicals are picked at varying times of the year, and can only be picked when it’s dry—a frequent challenge on Islay! Our dedicated Scottish foragers then carefully and meticulously dry all of the botanicals in order to be infused during our slow, simmer distillation process.

This incredible attention to detail is to ensure we give our artisanal spirit the best chance it can to embody a unique flavor profile that yields a gin that is both beautifully complex and elegantly smooth. This botanical breath of Islay is captured in a stunning glass bottle that features the 22 hand-picked botanicals etched in Latin and is best served neat, in a classic Botanist & Tonic, or as a perfectly chilled martini.

Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water (500Ml)

Offering a light and subtle character, the delicate and sweet flavour of elderflower is perfectly balanced by the soft bitterness of the quinine.

To capture the finest elderflower flavour, we source hand-picked flowers from a small Gloucestershire farm on the edge of the Cotswolds. Renowned for growing some of the highest quality elder bushes in the UK, the elderflowers are hand-collected on the farm between May and June when the region is in full bloom. The unique flavour extraction process begins within hours of picking, to ensure that none of the delicate floral flavour is lost.

Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water (500Ml)

By blending the gentle bitterness of South American angostura bark with aromatic botanicals such as cardamom, pimento berry and ginger, creates a delicious, unique tonic water. Subtle aromas of spice & fresh citrus, Aromatic tonic offers a uniquely refreshing flavor, designed to be paired with juniper-rich and robust gins.

This tonic is inspired by a historic recipe discovered whilst researching early references of tonics. Angostura bark was used by Royal Navy surgeons as a fever remedy or 'tonic' in the early 19th century as a supplement to the long known anti-fever prescription of cinchona bark (quinine). Fast forward 200 years, and Fever-Tree have once again gone to the ends of the earth to find the best naturally sourced ingredients in this 21st century twist. The highest quality angostura bark sourced from South America, is blended with our signature quinine from the Congo as well as aromatic ingredients.
