Inspired by the garden of a favourite uncle in Tuscany, Uncle Val's is distilled with a distinctive botanical blend of lavender, sage, lemon, cucumber, and juniper, creating a wonderfully fragrant, herbaceous, and refreshing gin unlike any traditional London Dry style. The palate is soft and floral with gentle juniper, fresh cucumber, bright citrus, and an aromatic lavender finish. Beautiful in a gin and tonic or simple soda. Bottled at 45% ABV, 750ML.
