Vinos Piñol Ludovicus is a distinguished red blend from Celler Piñol in the Terra Alta appellation of Catalonia, Spain. Crafted from old-vine Garnacha, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon on high-altitude chalky-clay soils, it opens with dark cherry, plum, wild herbs, violet, and warm Mediterranean spice. Full-bodied and concentrated with velvety tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish. ABV: 14%.
