Description
Our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is sourced primarily from our Yamhill-Carlton Estate Vineyard, with a small portion coming from a vineyard in the Dundee Hills sub-AVA. This wine is a wonderful expression of Willamette Valley through clarity of fruit, seamlessness and texture.
As a veteran winemaker in the Willamette Valley, Erik Kramer delivers terroir-driven wines from places he loves. Marrying fruit from the WillaKenzie Estate vineyard (Yamhill-Carlton, sedimentary soils) to the winery’s Jory Hills Estate (Dundee Hills, volcanic soils), Erik has created a red-fruited, silky, forest-laced representation of two very different and complementary Pinot Noir regions. This Pinot Noir is aged for 13 months in 30% new French Oak prior to bottling.
