Baldoria Verdant Vermouth

Semi-Dry White Vermouth on a Chardonnay wine base. Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of the two macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. No Flavors, no extracts, no colorants, no clarifying agents, no preservatives.

True to its name, this bottling displays an array of “green” fruit and herb aromas, including green apple, lime zest; sorrel, sage, and forest floor. Think sunshine, grassy meadows, wildflowers, butterflies, and buzzing bees, that’s the Baldoria Vermouth Verdant. The Baldoria Verdant gets its sunshine from the Baldoria Rosé base and adds freshness, and lemony sourness (sorrel), blended with a cranberry-like and sweet (hibiscus), with earthy notes crowned with a floral, herbal, and sweetness (lavender).
