Darna Pelinkovac is a bold, bitter herbal liqueur from Serbia, crafted in the tradition of Balkan pelinkovac — a style of bitter digestivo produced from wormwood (pelin) and a blend of botanicals. Similar in spirit to Central European herbal bitters, Darna Pelinkovac has a rich, complex character rooted in centuries of Balkan apothecary and distilling tradition.

Dark mahogany in color, it presents an intensely aromatic nose of wormwood, gentian root, dried herbs, anise, and dark cherry. On the palate, it is powerfully bitter and herbal, with earthy notes of licorice root, dried fruit, spice, and a clean, bitter finish that is deeply refreshing and long-lasting — characteristic of the finest herbal digestivos.
