George Dickel Original Whisky No. 12 Tennessee Whisky is a distinguished spirit from the George Dickel Distillery in Cascade Hollow, Tennessee. Unlike most Tennessee whiskeys, Dickel is chill-filtered through charcoal — in the Lincoln County Process tradition — at cold temperatures, which the distillery claims produces a uniquely smooth character. Crafted with local Tennessee grain and the limestone-filtered waters of Cascade Spring, No. 12 is the flagship expression, delivering notes of caramel, vanilla, roasted grain, light fruit, and a long, clean, mellow finish.
