Lo-Fi Aperitifs Dry Vermouth

A full bodied dry vermouth made from muscat cannelli and chardonnay and infused with herbs and spices, including fennel, elderflower, coriander and anise. A well balanced dry vermouth somewhere in between a traditional sweet vermouth and a bianco style.

Enjoy with your favorite soda or tonic, in a spritz or in classic cocktail recipes (it's a great stand in for gin!) Also pairs well with dry cider, gin, and rye whiskey.
