Bodegas Muga Torre Muga 2019 is the flagship, single-vineyard red wine of Bodegas Muga, one of Rioja's most prestigious and revered family wineries. Named after the tower of the winery, Torre Muga is crafted from the oldest Tempranillo vines on the estate, with Mazuelo and Merlot providing additional depth, and aged in French new oak — a departure from Muga's traditional American oak house style that results in a wine of extraordinary refinement.

Deep garnet with violet reflections, the 2019 presents a magnificent nose of ripe blackberry, black cherry, violet, cedar, dark chocolate, and subtle toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, precise, and beautifully structured, with velvety tannins, concentrated fruit, and a finish of exceptional length and complexity that rewards both immediate enjoyment and extended cellaring.
