Ron Diplomático Planas Rum is a premium, unaged white rum from Destilería Botucal in Venezuela, carefully crafted to challenge the perception of white rum. Distilled from a combination of column and pot still distillates made from sugar cane honey and molasses, then rested in oak for up to 6 years before carbon filtering to remove colour while retaining exceptional depth of flavour. Planas delivers a complex and surprisingly rich white rum profile with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit, light caramel, herbal freshness, and a remarkably smooth, long finish. An outstanding cocktail rum or sipping white rum. Bottled at 47% ABV, 750ML.
