Sandeman Don Fino Superior Fino Sherry is a classic dry Fino Sherry from Sandeman — one of the most recognized and historic Sherry houses, established in 1790 in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Fino Sherry is the driest and most delicate style of Sherry, aged under a protective layer of flor (living yeast) in Jerez's famous solera system. The 'Don Fino' represents Sandeman's signature Fino expression: pale, light straw in color with a pungent, distinctive nose of fresh almonds, green apple, yeast, and a briny, salty Mediterranean quality. On the palate, it is bone dry, light-bodied, and refreshingly crisp with an intense almond and green olive character and a long, clean finish. Serve very cold as an aperitif alongside tapas, jamón ibérico, and seafood.
