The 2015 Evoluna Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is rich and lush, yet bright and approachable. Fuji apple, D’Anjou pear, Narcissus and Lychee greet you on the nose. On the palate, you find notes of vanilla bean, mango, dried apple and apricot preserves. This delectable wine has a plush, rich mouthfeel - bold on the front, balanced mid-palate, and a long, lingering finish.
