Sonim Brut Reserva is a distinguished Spanish Cava sparkling wine crafted using the traditional Método Tradicional (Classic Method) — the same time-honored process used to make Champagne — in the DO Cava wine region of Catalonia, Spain. Made primarily from the classic Cava grapes Macabeo, Xarello, and Parellada, this Brut Reserva is aged for an extended period on its lees in the bottle, developing the signature toasty, creamy complexity that defines great Cava. The wine presents fine, persistent bubbles with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, toasted brioche, and almond. On the palate, it is crisp, elegant, and well-structured with a clean, refreshing finish and excellent persistence. Outstanding as an aperitif or paired with seafood, tapas, and celebrations.
