Žuta Osa Slivovitz (Yellow Wasp) is a robust, traditional plum brandy — or šljivovica — from the Balkan Peninsula, where Slivovitz has been distilled and celebrated for centuries as the region's most beloved spirit. Crafted from fermented and double-distilled Damson plums, this Slivovitz embodies the bold, authentic character of Eastern European artisan distilling.

Clear to pale golden in color, it opens with an intensely aromatic nose of ripe and dried plum, orchard fruit, and a distinct grappa-like pungency. On the palate, it is full-bodied and warming, with flavors of concentrated plum, dried fruit, and a powerful, clean spirit backbone finishing dry and long. The complexity develops further if allowed to breathe.
